Dennis Foster founded Foster Communications in 1980 as a
video production company. We produced marketing and training videos. Our
clients included GE, P&G, Drano, Hasbro Toys and Milacron. We received
an Emmy nomination for a marketing program for US Shoe.
In the mid eighties we began using computers to control laser video
disks to provide Computer Based Training (CBT). We presented a
paper highlighting our work in creating a machine tool simulation
system to the national meeeting of the Society for Applied Learning
Technology in Washington, D.C..
The nineties found us building database applications for clients of Belcan
Engineering. We designed and implemented budget and planning applications
for the publishing company McGraw-Hill. We also developed training used by the
Bell systems across the country. One of our CBT programs on
interviewing skills received the award for excellence from the International
Interactive Communication Society.
Today, our focus is entirely on enterprise solution development using the latest
technologies. We continue to make communication the heart of our
consulting practice. Our communication skills enable us to understand your
needs quickly and to provide solutions that are easy to use -- for you,
your employees, your suppliers and your customers.
